General / Registration
1.
Signature of the entry form shall constitute an undertaking by the entrant to pay the entry fee by the due date and to take part in the event. The participant also undertakes to arrange the goods and/or services to be exhibited at the event correctly and in good time. Spaces and presentations will be allocated on the basis of the sponsor package and the time of registration.

In case of cancellation, there will be no refund of the registration fee. However, the registrant may send a colleague as a replacement.

An attendee who has registered for one day of the event will still have the option of attending the other day of the event with the ticket in hand. There is no need to re-register.
4.
Exceptionally, payment by invoice will be possible if MIE is in agreement in writing. Please note: If you choose to pay by invoice, you will not be able to participate in any discount promotions. We do not make exceptions under any circumstances. Each card on the invoice will be charged at €295.00 (excluding VAT).
5.
We hereby inform you that pictures and videos will be taken during the MIE. The visual material may be used in our communications.

By ordering, you agree that the MIE organizer will inform you by email about the MIE and its events, and that partners associated with the MIE will inform you
